New Fort Worth Operations Manager
Effective April 1, 2014, Henry Mancha will take the position of Operations Manager of the Fort Worth, TX terminal. Please join me in congratulating Henry Mancha on his promotion to Operations Manager. Henry joined Continental in January 2014 as a Fleet Planner in our Fort Worth, TX terminal under the direction of Rick Duncan, Terminal Manager. In a very brief period of time it has become apparent that the skills Henry brings to CEI are ideally suited for the strategic growth planned at our Fort Worth, TX terminal. All drivers, mechanics, and office staff will report directly to Henry.
Henry comes to CEI with a wealth of industry experience. Henry worked for Arnold Transportation for 10 years and was Vice President of Operations until 2009. Shortly after leaving Arnold, Henry became Transportation Manager for Southern Counties Express, a southern California based transportation firm that started operations in Texas in 2010. Henry also worked for Xtra lease in the late 90s and therefore comes to CEI with a broad understanding of our industry. We have already seen great contribution from Henry and we look forward to his assistance as we grow into our new terminal in Fort Worth. Please congratulate Henry when you see him. Henry may be reached at 817-744-7906 or email@example.com.
CEI began operations in Fort Worth, TX April 1, 2013 following the purchase of Ranger Refrigerated. CEI just broke ground this month on a new terminal located at 4601 Blue Mount Road, Fort Worth, TX 76106. CEI is currently operating out of the Americold cold storage facility located at 1313 Samuels Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Our ability to grow by number of trucks has been limited due to space constraints; however, construction is expected to be completed at our new terminal during third quarter 2014. The terminal will be located on 6 acres, will have a 4 bay maintenance facility, a washout, administrative offices, a greatly expanded parking area, and room for further expansion.
